Biopath determined to bring laboratory service closer to the people — CEO

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Biopath Medical Laboratory, Dr Raymond Osho on Wednesday reiterated the determination of the firm under his watch to bring Medical Laboratory Services closer to the people.

Addressing a press briefing to signal the official launch of the medical laboratory which is located at 175, Ikorodu Road, before Awoyokun Bus-Stop, Lagos State, Nigeria, Dr Osho, who is a graduate of the Lagos Business School noted that the new branch was opened to cater for the medical needs of the people.

According to the CEO, “It is quite unfortunate that many Nigerian lives are put in danger for the absence of state-of-art medical facilities. Sadly enough, many lives are lost within the lacuna of medical consultations, examinations, diagnoses, prescriptions and treatment”.

Dr Osho hinted further that Biopath Medical Laboratory, which was founded in 2014 is one of the few but highly rated Diagnostic Agencies in Nigeria that are running on sophisticated medical equipment, adding that the laboratory is renowned for its great reliability, expediency, integrity and accuracy.

“The ultimate dream of the organization is to move from a Second Tier to a First Tier Laboratory,” he added.

It would be recalled that Biopath Medical Laboratory, which was established in a room apartment in 2014, is an accredited diagnostic and screening centre licensed by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) to carry out routine and specialized laboratory investigations.

Amongst the dignitaries at the event were the Chairman of the Organization, Mr Femi Olatide & the Group Managing Director, Dr Peter Akindeju.
